Is Keywords URL A Big Matter For SEO?

When we say keyword URL, it means there are targeted keywords in the URL, like http://www.gen-education.com/blog/happenings-university-of-brighton-application-and-interview-days/ for example. This URL includes the keyword of University Of Brighton.

Some webmasters believe that the insertion of keywords in the URL may help optimize SERP, while others say their website does not have keywords at all, and yet it still receives good traffic and impressions.
